VLC and Mirrorbits at SCALE 13X
Tue, Feb 10, 2015The thirteenth annual Southern California Linux Expo (SCALE 13X) will take place on February 19-22, 2015 at the Hilton Los Angeles Airport (LAX). It’s without doubt one of the greatest conference related to Linux and Free Software that I attended in the USA for the past few years.
Three members of the VideoLAN team will hold a booth this year again for the duration of the event to demo the latest improvements and platform supported by VLC and of course, discuss with the visitors!
I will also be a speaker at this conference and talk about VideoLAN, VLC and its distribution infrastructure on the Sunday between 11:30 and 12:30 so book the date! My talk will essentially be about VLC but I will also introduce a more personal project: mirrorbits, that I already teased on my blog.
If you’re in California at the time and did not register yet, use the promo code SPEAKER to get 50% off your entrance ticket. For the others, my talk will be streamed live directly from the event website.
Anyway if you’re around, come and say hi!
